Once processing is complete it is important that your Batch is exported. Exporting your Batch creates the image files (documents) and indexing data file and places them into the folders specified within the Job properties. This process is relatively simple and can be started manually while processing or the user will be prompted to export once at the end of a Batch.
If you have selected the option to export your Batch during processor idle time then you will be prompted to lock your Batch ready for background exporting. Your Batch will then be progressively exported as processor idle time occurs.
