Umango Icon Does Not Appear on Ricoh Panel

You may experience a situation where Umango appears to successfully deploy to a Ricoh device but the Umango icon does not appear as an app on the panel. This can occur where the device is setup for device authentication (Basic, AD/LDAP).

To resolve this, follow the instructions below.

  • Log into the device as administrator
  • Open the application list (see red square in image below)
  • Select the Umango app icon and drag and drop it onto the home screen
