When running the Umango installer you may come across an error that stops the installation from completing successfully. In this situation it can be helpful to run the installer in logging mode to create an installation log file. The installation log will provide further information about what happened during the installation.
To create an installation log, run the command below from a command prompt...
"C:\MyDirectory\Umango23_x64.exe" /L*V "C:\Temp\install.log"
Once it is complete, open the install.log file to see the installation events.
