Batches are the name we give to a group documents within our workflow. For each Batch we have a collection of documents that reference a common Job. There can be many Batches active within Umango at any time and each of these Batches can be in varying states. For example, Batches can be being scanned, paused and yet to be processed, partly processed, completely processed and yet to be exported, or exported and closed.
