Jobs in Umango Convert, by default, belong to the user that created them. This allows a user to create their own jobs without being seen by other users.
Administrators can override this by assigning the job to be seen by everybody. This option is available in the Job properties User tab.
An administrator will first need to enter into 'Admin Mode' via the button located in the main toolbar.
