A network adapter (card) needs to be assigned for the given MFD.
When installing to an MFD, a return IP Address is sent to the MFD so that it knows where to connect back too.
When a server contains multiple network adapters (cards) and the MFD is located on the network, our software is unable to identify which network card is used in communication with the MFD and therefore what IP Address should be used.
To assign the right network adapter for an MFD, open the job properties, go to the sources tab, and under the "Multifunction Devices" section, locate the respective MFD and right click on the name. This will present the option to choose the network adapter to use when determining the returning IP Address.
