The RPC server is unavailable

The error "RPC server was unavailable" indicates that the ABBYY licensing service might not be running. To resolve this do the following:

1. From the command prompt run 'services.msc"
2. In the list of services look for "ABBYY SDK 10 Licensing Service"
3. Right click on the service and select "Run"

One the licensing service has started, the issue should be resolved.
