When selecting the Exit button in the Umango embedded application on a Ricoh SOP panel, a dialog similar to the one below may present to the user.
This is a known Ricoh firmware issue seen only with older firmware releases. Although this will not stop the Umango application from functioning, the appearance of the dialog can be resolved by performing an update of the Ricoh firmware.
