Embedding on Ricoh SOP Devices
In order for shortcuts to the Umango App to be automatically added to a device when assigning it as a source, Administrator Authentication Management must be enabled on the device.
To do this, follow the steps below.
- Open a web browser and navigate to the device's web management console using the device's IP address
- Login (if necessary)
- Browse to Device Management >> Configuration >> Administrator Authentication Management
- Ensure User Administrator Authentication is "On"
- Select OK to save changes
