To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to overages, interruptions, or billing discrepancies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion for any violation of these Terms, including failure to pay subscription or consumption-based fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
