Obtaining the Logs From a FUJIFILM Device
When requested to do so, please follow the instructions below to obtain the device log from FUJIFILM device.
1. What to do before acquiring the device logs:
(1) Reproduce the behavior in question.
(2) Press the power button of the FUJIFILM Business Innovation device for at least 6 seconds.
(3) After that, the LED on the front of the operation panel will blink.
(4) Leave it as it is to turn off the power and turn it on again.
(5) After completing operations (1) to (4) above, follow the steps below to obtain device log.
2. How to obtain the device logs:
(1) Enter the IP address of the device in the address field of the web browser and open the Internet Service.
(2) Log in as the machine administrator
(3) Click the "System" tab, and then click "Logs" > "Diagnostic Log".
(4) Click the "Start" button on the "Diagnostic Log" screen.
(5) After a while, a dat file will begin to download.
The downloaded dat file is the encrypted device log.
